The R&D team for the Bioscience Division explores new methods for obtaining, purifying and stabilizing proteins, as well as new therapeutic uses for them. Additionally, R&D performs research on methods to prevent and eliminate any potential presence of pathogens. This reflects our global commitment to innovate and improve the products upon which many lives depend.

Diagnostic R&D dedicates its research to developing new, increasingly sensitive diagnostic devices that provide more reproducible results which helps the task of the clinical diagnostics laboratory. This division also creates new diagnostic reagents for immunohematology and autoimmunity.

Hospital R&D researches new products for I.V. therapy, clinical nutrition, specific equipment for the preparation of intravenous mixtures in the hospital pharmacy and medication prescription and administration control systems for patients.
