The ABPI code of ethics regulates the relationships between Pharmaceutical Companies and Patient Associations in United Kingdom. Grifols UK, adhered to ABPI, welcomes the request for transparency and publishes the list of Patient Associations to which it has allocated economic support during the year.

Home Delivery Service from Grifols UK Ltd
We can deliver our therapies directly to patients' homes, free of charge. Our dedicated drivers make the deliveries and our Homecare Coordinators liaise between the hospitals and the patients to ensure that all the patients' needs are met in a timely and confidential manner.
We pride ourselves on our high levels of customer care and offer a friendly, flexible and very discreet service. If you would like to speak to one of our Homecare Coordinators about the service we offer please call us on 01223 395777.
Customer service: Terms of business
Verification of Goods
It is the customer's responsibility to verify the quantity and condition of the goods upon receipt, in case of on-arrival damage or missing items, the customer MUST notify Grifols UK Ltd within 24 hours of receipt of goods. Any notifications shall be reported to Customer Services on 01223 395777.
Product is NOT returnable unless the product has been damaged in transit or incorrect product has been delivered. In this case please contact Customer Services on 01223 395777 within 24 hours of receipt.
Retention of Title
Grifols UK Ltd retains title and remains the legal owner of the goods supplied until the purchase price and any delivery charges including VAT are paid in full.
If the customer does not have a credit facility with Grifols UK Ltd then payment will need to be made on a pro-forma invoice, this payment can be made as below, no goods will be delivered until cleared funds are received.
Grifols UK Ltd reserves the right to refuse or withdraw Account Facilities without giving reason at any time.
How to Settle your Invoice
The payment terms are clearly stated on your invoice, and the invoice must be paid by that date.

Cheques should be made payable to Grifols UK Ltd, please write your account number and relevant invoice number on the reverse of the cheque.

Please contact Grifols UK Ltd as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order. It may be possible to cancel your order under certain circumstances, for example, taking into account status of shipment and any prior formal agreements that are in place or notifications or publications that have been issued from Grifols UK Ltd in relation to Product. We reserve the right to decline cancellations 5 working days prior to the due date where goods have been purchased expressly on behalf of the customer.
Law and Jurisdiction
The validity, construction and performance of these Conditions shall be governed by English Law.
All disputes arising out of these Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
