United States District Court Issues Preliminary Injunction against Plasma Ban by U.S. Customs and Border Protection

Grifols celebrates the U.S. District Court’s decision to issue a preliminary injunction against the U.S. Customs and Border Protection’s (CBP) ban on plasma donations by Mexican nationals entering the U.S. on a B-1/B-2 visa. The decision is good news for the patients in the U.S. and worldwide who depend on the lifesaving medicines made from plasma.
