Directors' Remuneration Policy
The Directors' Remuneration Report was approved by the Ordinary General Shareholders' Meeting held on 5 June 2025 and was amended by the Ordinary General Shareholders' Meeting held on 18 June 2026 and will be valid since its approval and for fiscal years 2026, 2027 and 2028, unless amended by the Grifols General Shareholders' Meeting.
