At Grifols, our Talent Strategy is based on empowering a high performance culture, maximizing our capabilities and shaping the talent of the future. We are constantly seeking new ways to support our employees in their professional development and career growth. Grifols implements 360-degree evaluations as part of its talent programs. Agile conversations and ongoing feedback are embedded in our talent development framework.
Through extensive ongoing training, we offer employees on-site courses and learning tools to provide them with the necessary knowledge to do their jobs with excellence while developing their skills. The training they receive also supports their career development and professional progression.
The Grifols Academy
Grifols created its own Academy in 2009 to support training and career development for employees. Our education and training programming is imparted through three different academies: Plasmapheresis, Professional Development and Transfusion Medicine.
