Job opportunities at plasma donation centers

Our work begins with our plasma center employees and our valued donors.

Grifols obtains most of the plasma needed to manufacture therapies through our growing network of nearly 300 plasma donation centers worldwide. Plasma donation takes place in a strictly controlled, sterile environment. Donors comply with rigorous quality and safety criteria, including the requirements for evaluating donors established by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.

The staff at our donation centers is made up of very diverse specialties, including: nursing, phlebotomy, medical assistance, quality and customer service, and business management. They are supported by a robust network of regional leadership and corporate support functions including Regulatory Compliance, Marketing, Legal, Human Resources, Finance, Accounting and Logistics.

Through The Grifols Academy of Plasmapheresis, employees have the opportunity to deepen their knowledge of plasma, and with the Center Leadership Development Program the managers of the donation centers can develop leadership and customer service skills.
