1. Who is the data controller?
The data controller is Grifols, S.A., located at Avda. de la Generalitat 152, 08174 Sant Cugat del Vallés, Barcelona (Spain) ("Grifols").
2. Who is the data protection officer of Grifols and how can I contact him/her?
The data protection officer acts as an interlocutor between Grifols and you in order to ensure Grifols' compliance with the data protection legislation and guarantee your rights under such legislation. 3. How Grifols uses your personal data?
Grifols processes your personal data to assess your candidacy to the job positions published by Grifols.
4. Why does Grifols use your personal data?
The legal basis to process your personal data is:
(a) your consent as expressed in the data collection form;
(b) the legitimate interest of Grifols to share your personal data with the global recruiting team existing across Grifols' group companies located in the United States of America (USA), if you have applied to a job offer in USA.
We understand that this legitimate interest, on which Grifols bases the processing of your data, does not diminish your fundamental rights and freedoms since the personal data is processed incidentally and as part of the daily activities of a multinational group of companies. However, please bear in mind that you may exercise your right to object by addressing such request to privacy@grifols.com.
5. How long Grifols will retain your personal data?
Grifols will process your personal data until your candidacy has been evaluated. Afterwards, Grifols may keep your personal data, until the end of the statutes of limitation that may arise from processing your personal data. This period shall be, at least, five (5) years.
6. With whom Grifols will share your personal data?
In accordance with Section 4 (b), Grifols will share your personal data with the global recruiting team existing across Grifols' group companies located in USA for the purposes of assessing your candidacy to a job position within USA.
