The forum aims to serve as a meeting point between candidates and companies, as well as an exchange of experiences and best practices to improve selection processes, labor inclusion, job adaptation and job progression of people with disabilities.

"We have been focused on recruiting profiles with disabilities for years because we firmly believe in diverse talent. We have identified that there is a lack of spaces like this, where companies can share initiatives that favor career progression and the adaptation of work spaces to the needs of all people," said Isabel Soler, Senior Director Global Talent Acquisition at Grifols, "Our goal is that companies are recognized as inclusive and that this motivates people to apply without fear," she added.

In five years, Grifols' workforce with disabilities has increased from 2.5% in 2020 to 4.27% in 2025, well above the 2% required by the General Law on Disability in Spain. In the last year alone, it has gone from 3.8% in 2024 to the current 4.27%.

The incorporation of diverse talent is part of the company's Strategic Plan for Inclusion and Belonging, aligned with the objectives of the company's Agenda 2030. Grifols collaborates with more than 20 associations, foundations and employment centers with which it meets regularly to share specific offers and profiles, in addition to organizing joint events to raise awareness. In this regard, it carries out training campaigns aimed at management teams in all areas. In addition, HR managers from all areas meet monthly to adapt plans and policies for the entire workforce.

"We have conducted more than 1,200 hours of inclusion training for teams. In addition, when a person requires a specific adaptation, we hold special awareness sessions with the team they are joining to ensure an inclusive and respectful environment," said Laura Rodríguez, HR People Experience Director. "For Grifols, it is essential that all employees not only feel included, but truly connected: to their work, to their team and to the future of the shared successes we are building," she added.

With initiatives such as this, Grifols reaffirms its commitment to building work environments where diversity not only adds up, but also multiplies opportunities for everyone.
