2026 Shareholders' Meeting resolutions approved
Grifols’ shareholders approved the main items on the agenda submitted for voting at the 2026 Annual General Shareholders’ Meeting, including:
- 2025 annual accounts and allocation of results.
- Approval of the 2025 Sustainability Report.
- Approval of the Board of Directors' performance.
- Re-election of directors Montserrat Muñoz Abellana and Susana González Rodríguez.
