Regulations

The regulations of the company's Board of Directors were initially approved by the Company's Board of Directors at its meeting held on 5 April 2006, and the shareholders were informed thereof at the General Shareholders' Meeting held on the same day. The latest amendment was approved on 25 September 2025 and registered with the Commercial Registry of Barcelona on 24 November 2025. The shareholders will be informed of this amendment at the next General Shareholders' Meeting.
